About the Blog…
So what’s it all about..?
It started a while back when as I was leaving work to see of ‘Piranha 3D’ and some friends asked me to give them a review the following day… I did, it went well. Then a few guys at work threw some cash together to purchase a copy of ‘The Human Centipede’ online, mainly to get the free cap and t-shirt that came with it… I reviewed that DVD , it went well.
So, after some procrastinating and laziness on my behalf I finally got around to putting those reviews on this blog and intend to continue. The choice of films up for review will be entirely random: new cinema releases, new DVD’s, old DVD’s and the odd classic thrown in there to keep the reviews on an even keel… it can’t all be negative, there are some fantastic films out there.
The reviews will consist of two ratings, the first is for the quality of the film, is it well made..? and the second for whether it’s fun..? The two ratings shouldn’t be mutually exclusive but in a lot of cases they appear to be. Some well made films are awful to watch, some poorly made films are great fun…
I’ll also be posting the odd article here and there. These will be on random subjects, the first of which will be online within the next few days.

Enjoyable reviews. Looking forward to the initiation of terror that was The Exorcist. Now that you can see it on the telly at 10pm no one can grasp the psychological impact of that ‘first time’!!!

The Exorcist article will be coming soon… I don’t want to post it too early. As you’re well aware from that fateful day when we saw it for the first time… it’s not something you get over too easily and not something I want to rush into… it deserves time and respect..!

Curious if you ever do music reviews? I have a project releasing our debut LP around Halloween, we’re based on Giallo horror music and other 70’s-80’s styles.
